- All information and prices on the website are up to date! I do not like the Russian language, so it’s better to use the Ukrainian version. It is more relevant and complete. If the website states that I do not handle visas for a particular country, then that is currently the case.
I manage the website myself, with care, so please pay attention to it. - You can contact me through the form on the website, by phone, email, or via messengers.
- If you contact me via the form, you will receive an automatic response so you can understand whether I can help you (or perhaps not me personally) or not.
- When contacting via email or messengers, please specify the country and purpose of your trip.
- If I do not personally handle visas for a specific country or if I am on vacation, I may recommend a colleague or partner.
- All inquiries are accepted during business hours – Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. You may write outside of business hours, but I will respond during working hours in the order of inquiries received.
- I work from home. 95% of questions can be resolved remotely. If necessary, an in-person meeting in Kyiv is possible.
