Visa to Botswana

There are two ways to obtain a visa to Botswana: through the UK Visa Application Center in Kyiv or through the Botswana Consulate in Sweden. Both methods are quite complex and time-consuming.

The visa process through the UK Visa Center in Kyiv follows a similar procedure to a UK visa (processing time, required documents, cost). Below, you will find a description of the process for obtaining a Botswana visa through the Botswana Consulate in Sweden.

Documents required for obtaining a visa to Botswana

Original international passport;
Notarized copy of the international passport;
Scan of the previous/second international passport + notarized copy;
Personal data form;
Certificate of employment in English;
Copies of marriage/birth certificates of children;
Bank statement and account transactions for the last 6 months;
Flight reservation (yours or provided by us);
Hotel booking;
Travel itinerary;
Documents confirming the purpose of travel.

Special requirements: Translation of documents into English, notarization of copies. Visa issuance is done in two stages.
