Visa to Thailand
Visa matters are handled by the Thai Consulate in Warsaw.

Updated information from the partner as of 2025 on obtaining a visa to Thailand:
1. The visa is electronic. Documents must be provided in scanned copies. Your personal presence is not required:
– Scan of all pages of the international passport with marks;
– Scan of the internal passport (first, second pages, and residence registration);
– Electronic visa photo 3.5×4.5 cm;
– Bank statement in English with at least $1,700 in the account;
– Application form data.
Cost – $150.
Processing time: 10-15 business days.
The visa is electronic, valid for 90 days, with a 60-day stay and an option to extend for an additional 30 days.
2. Multiple-entry visa. The visa is electronic. Documents must be provided in scanned copies. Your personal presence is not required:
– Scan of all pages of the international passport with marks;
– Scan of the internal passport (first, second pages, and residence registration);
– Electronic visa photo 3.5×4.5 cm;
– Bank statement in English showing transactions for the last 3 months (minimum $1,700);
– Application form data.
Cost – $250.
Processing time: 10-15 business days.
The visa is electronic, valid for 180 days, with up to 60 days per entry. You can enter and exit an unlimited number of times.
Visa extensions in Thailand, as previously allowed, are no longer possible!
Personal submission in Warsaw
- Original passport + a copy of the first page;
- Personal details;
- Photo, 3.5×4.5 cm, on a white background;
- Employment certificate in English;
- Bank statement about account balance (from 650 USD/person) in English with the bank’s stamp. If the bank statement is for two people, a copy of the marriage/birth certificate, confirming family ties, or a notarized sponsorship letter must be provided if the applicants are not relatives;
- Flight booking (either yours or provided by us);
- Hotel booking (either yours or provided by us);
- Documents confirming the purpose of the trip.
Details: Translation of documents into English. For a multi-entry visa, the bank statement must be issued in a specific format.
