Visa to the French Overseas Territories
Since July 22, 2021, visa-free travel for Ukrainian biometric passport holders has been extended to the following French overseas departments and territories: French Polynesia, Saint Barthélemy, and Saint Martin. Visa-free travel is valid for stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Stays longer than three months still require a long-term visa.
The French Overseas Territories include Réunion, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands.
Documents required for a visa to the French Overseas Territories

- Original passport
- Original or scan of previous/second passport, if available
- Application form details
- Copy of internal passport
- Two photos (3.5 × 4.5 cm, 70% face)
- Certificate from employer/university
- Bank statement and transaction history for the last 3 months
- Original or copies of marriage/divorce/children’s birth certificates
- Flight reservation (yours or provided by us)
- Proof of hotel payment or booking for the entire stay
- Medical insurance
- Tour program
- Documents confirming the purpose of travel
Important: Documents must be translated into English. If the hotel is booked, the bank account must show at least €120 per day of stay.
